I love being a caregiver because I truly enjoy helping people feel safe, comfortable, and respected in their own home. Caring for others gives me a sense of purpose, especially when I know I’m making someone’s daily life easier and more dignified. I understand how important it is for families to trust the person caring for their loved one, and I take that responsibility seriously.

I currently provide care for an 82-year-old bed-bound patient at home. In this role, I assist with daily living activities such as repositioning to prevent discomfort and bed sores, hygiene care, feeding, and making sure they are comfortable throughout the day and night. I also pay close attention to their condition and needs, staying patient, calm, and attentive at all times.

My skills include patient care, safe repositioning, personal hygiene assistance, and providing companionship. I am dependable, observant, and able to follow care instructions carefully. I understand the importance of respect, privacy, and clear communication when working with both patients and their families. I take pride in being someone families can rely on to care for their loved one with compassion and consistency.
