I will be retiring 7/31/16 and while I will have a lot going on, I will be retired. I will have just turned 50 when I retire. I am able to check in daily, run errands, keep company (I like to play games and craft projects), provide feedback, etc. I am not a nurse, my experience is as an accountant, but I am a mother of two (adult children) and I assist my mother when needed. I thought about this when I recalled a friend whose mother was seriously injured in California and she had no way to check in daily. She visited as often as she could but she hired someone to talk to the doctors when they did rounds so they could fill her in, someone who would talk to her mother, and hold the phone to her mother's ear so she could talk to her. It kept her sane during that time. If I can help I would love to. I don't want to go outside the Burlington area but depending on how far from my home it is I may consider other locations.
