I enjoy working with individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities. I grew up with an incredible sister who was born with a severe chromosomal abnormality, and currently work as an instructor at a day program for IDD adults called Pathways for People in Cary, NC. I have work and life experience with, and am comfortable working with, self-injurious and violent behaviors, nonverbal individuals, and all levels of ability. I am certified in CPR.
