Hello! My name is Trinity and I have had the pleasure of caregiving for an elderly gentleman in my church. I’m a graduate student earning an MA in Christian counseling so I loved hearing his stories and learning about his life while also aiding in caretaking. I helped with meals, medication regimen, socializing at the local senior center, driving around town for fresh air, exercise and mobility, watching family feud and light housekeeping. In my experience, caregiving is about the heart behind our actions. Jesus served through connection, compassion and friendship, all of which I aim to hold dear to me.
