I am a single adult female who is looking to make a career change. Although my career has been focused in accounting, I have spent the past 30 years in various volunteer roles and positions including work with various churches, habitat for humanity, and Special Olympics. I spent five years back in Minnesota running adolescent care facilities for chemical abuse while also working with victims of sexual and domestic violence. Although I do not have professional certifications for childcare, I have spent years attending to the needs of others which includes infants, I have a passion for caring for others, and I love children. I can provide several character references, I am happy to live on site for quick availability, I can be available on weekends, I love dogs, and I am happy to renew my CPR certification. I am a trained swimmer as well and have years of experience in crisis management. I can also be available to travel with the family if needed and I have reliable transportation with a clean driving record.
