I’m very familiar with companion care. My grandmother was sick for 4 years until she passed and I was the one who helped my grandfather bathe her, meal prep, check medications, take to and from doctors appointments, basic grooming and running errands. I also used to care for an elderly lady whome needed help getting to the bathroom, preparing meals and putting compression stockings on. I find it very joyful to care for someone in need and to know that I’m needed.
