I have always enjoyed being able to help and care for others, regardless of age. I have completed my Bachelors in Social Work and have my Masters in Gerontology. I have always loved working with the elderly which is why I studied Aging in grad school and have done tons of volunteer work and internships with the Chatham County Senior Centers. However most my work as been with the younger population. I worked with the YMCA for 3 and a half years as a camp and after-school counselor as well as the site coordinator and I recently left my job of two years working as a caregiver to an individual with intellectual disabilities who was in his twenties.
