I babysit for a family one to four times a month at night. They have two children, a daughter in middle school, and an adult son with autism. He is non-verbal and needs help with tasks like personal hygiene, cooking, and taking his medication. He is asleep or in his room most of the time I am there, so I spend more time with their daughter, who I also cook for.
I also have an unpaid, one-time experience looking after an elderly woman while her husband was away. I did the tasks her husband normally does, such as cooking, helping her upstairs, and carrying her things.
