Hi, I’m Monesha! I began caring for seniors in 2018 and worked for five years as a Certified Nursing Assistant in hospice, home care, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. During that time, I gained hands-on experience assisting with ADLs, personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, companionship, and providing comfort-centered support.

I later transitioned into medical assisting to expand my clinical skills, but I’ve always felt most fulfilled providing one-on-one care. Supporting seniors with dignity, patience, and compassion is truly where my heart is.

I take pride in being dependable, attentive, and respectful. My goal is to create a safe, calm environment while helping clients maintain their independence and quality of life. I understand how important trust and communication are when inviting someone into your home, and I strive to give families peace of mind.

Outside of work, I enjoy hiking, spending time in nature, being creative, and making memories with my family. Staying balanced helps me show up fully present and positive in my caregiving.
