Hello! I am a mature, patient, friendly and reliable caregiver. I am currently available Tues. and/or Thurs. from 7am-6pm. At present, I am a caregiver for both a spunky 88-YO female with Alzheimer's and a 77-YO gentleman all day on Mondays and Fridays. Before this position, I spent two years taking caring of my mother (COPD, congestive heart failure, dementia). I am able to help with meals and/or cooking based on nutritional needs, medication reminders, mobility, transportation, errands , grocery shopping, conversation and companionship, social activities, exercise and light cleaning. I am also happy to care for and/or exercise any pets. I am trained as a Stephens Ministry caregiver and Hospice volunteer. I also taught senior yoga and water aerobics as well as meditation and mindfulness and truly enjoy being with and caring for seniors. I do not smoke.
