Donna J. Care Companion in Mocksville, NC 27028

I am a wife and mother to two girls and I have one granddaughter they are my world. I have worked in nursing homes on an of all my life. I first started working at Piedmont Village in Yadkinville where I got to work with my mom. There is where I feel in LOVE with helping and caring for the elderly. I learned how to feed and give baths and change them I learned how to give out meds and also did laundry and housekeeping. I have had to take care of my own mom recently as she has had several health problems such as a couple of strokes and a blood clot and she has fell and had a hip replacement. I continue to help her as much as possible and I go and fix her meds once a week now. I have been told that I am a caring and loving person that helps others more than myself which I would say is true. I just LOVE helping and caring for other people and I always put others before me or m needs. I am not certified I never went to school for this I was working there when you didn't need to be certified. I would just like to say that this is something that I LOVE doing and I would LOVE the chance to get back in this field. I now live in Mocksville and am really looking for something in this area and I hope something on first shift. If given the chance I would be grateful and I would work as I would any public job. I am a christian and believe in the bible. I LOVE dogs we have three and one cat that someone dumped off and now it won't leave. but that's fine to. I am trust worthy and I am an honest person. I worked at MVP for the last three years and as of October 16th I quit. So, that's a little of what I have been doing and where I have worked.
