William’s Bio
Why do you love being a caregiver?
I love being a caregiver because it allows me to create meaningful connections and improve the quality of life for individuals who need it most. For me, caregiving is a calling rooted in compassion, patience, and respect. Every person deserves to feel safe, supported, and understood and I’m proud to be someone families can trust with that responsibility.
What experience do you have?
I’ve spent over 30 years working with individuals with autism, MRDD, and Alzheimer’s/dementia, and I’ve been running a day program for autistic adults for the past 15 years. My experience includes managing group homes, providing weekend and overnight respite care, and supporting families through every stage of the caregiving journey. I’ve worked with clients across the lifespan and specialize in helping those with behavioral needs thrive in structured, nurturing environments.
