My mother in law, who is 92, lived with us for the last 14 years. I was her voice of reason, gave her emotional support and provided her with adult conversation daily and occasional trips to the store lo r doctor so she wouldn't feel separated from the world outside. I understand the need for our elderly to have a companion so they dont suffer from loneliness and frustration because things can be overwhelming and confusing for them.
