Hello Im turning 40 at the end of this month. It is a passion of mine to help and assist seniors i started out when I was a young teenager with my great grandfather and took care of him. Love helping very knowledgeable of exercise and many other things as well. I had a multitudearray of different jobs through out my life. Help children and adults plus teenagers with autism as well. Went to school for massage therapy many years back. State defense football player and national swimmer in high school. Love animals.
