Last year at college I decided to work at senior living community and I ended up loving it! I enjoyed getting to know the residents, listening to their stories, and getting to know their families. I spent about 10 months at Mill Creek Senior Living in Michigan before I moved to North Carolina. I have experience in assisted living and memory care. I know how to assist and perform activities of daily living (grooming, bathing, toileting, feeding, etc.). I also have experience in mobility aids. I also received on site training for passing medications including narcotics. I loved all aspects of my care aide position, especially in the memory care unit, and would love to continue to provide the best care possible to your loved ones!
