Emily and AJ were absolutely fantastic! My fiancé and I hired them for a 5 day/4 night overnight stay with our dog and cat. Our dog won't eat when we board her at the vet, and while we had hired an in home sitter for our cat in the past, the service was inadequate and he was miserable when we got home.
Our dog ate every day that Emily cared for her, which, for our dog, is pretty fantastic. Both animals were happy and normal when we returned, and the house was spotless. It was obvious from how happy our animals were when we returned that things had gone very well.
In addition, Emily responded very quickly to text messages and e-mails providing very detailed reports and thorough answers to my questions whenever I checked in with her. I did not worry about the animals once, which rarely happens when we go on vacation - it was so nice!
The best party is that we eased right back into normal life. Normally after a vacation, it takes almost 1 week to get everyone back on schedule, but both animals were 100% on schedule as soon as we got home.
We plan to hire Emily and AJ for all pet sitting needs in the future. I can't express what a fantastic job they did and how great it was to see our animals so comfortable and happy.
