She has lots of energy and goes above and beyond to ensure that her experience with your child is pleasant, educational, and FUN. She also adheres to safety regulations that you request and is versed in childcare safety!
I had a babysitter that cancelled last minute and panicked. Crystal responded to my inbox msg and was able to come help. She even brought my 1 year old daughter crayons and coloring book the next day when she babysat her too. She was kind and my daughter enjoyed her. I appreciate that she was able to help with such short notice and help even for the next day while I was in town for a conference
