I have worked in the medical field for over 27 years. I am also a former Lead Coordinator for Indiana Mentor. My job responsibilities were to staff, ensure that all medications were administered and documented, as well as coordinate transportation for medical needs. Financial documentation of all client checkbooks were my responsibility also. My main focus for the clients was to ensure that safety, programs, and communication with the Direct Support Staff were monitored.
