To be completely honest I do not like working in nursing homes and hospitals. I believe that one on one care lets me do my job to the best of my abilities
Its not to say we do not need aides or nurses those places, but I like to take the time to get to know people and provide the best possible care that I can with out being rushed into a thousand different places at once.
I would like to be able to care and help an individual on a 1:1 ratio. I love being able to help people and I love the work I do. I believe in providing the best possible care to clients I work with.
