I have been providing Senior care in private homes for 7 + years. After obtaining my LNA certification I worked for a nursing home and proceeded on to private home care.
I understand how to handle many personalities from limited care needs to advanced dementia needs, patience with gentle guidance with an approaching from a caring heart with make everyone’s day better! I can handle the bad days when they come and go.
I understand the importance of providing a client their independence where ever possible we all struggle at some point with limitations as we age, respect and trust between the client and caregiver has to be earned.
