We enjoyed her so long as she did her job but because of her terrible communication skills, unprofessional actions, packed schedule that made her late or absent a few times, and sleeping on the job, we would not recommend she care for any other children. As it was explained to her last week, we wanted to try to ADD another nanny to the schedule in addition to her. And she saw a new posting on Sittercity and assumed we no longer needed her so she quit the morning i had court and had to take my baby with me. Shes in school and already nannying for another family and didn’t create curriculums or anything so Maybe she should stick to the things that are important to her because caring for children isn’t one of them. If passionate about it before, now it Seems to just be a way to make some extra cash.
