I work in nursing home for almost twenty-something years I work from nursing homes two working for people and their homes caring for their parents I have dealt with dementia in any kind of other illnesses I'd help them with medications bathing and whatever activities they need to do through the course of the day I'm very good at what I do their children had nothing but good things to say I'm very good at what I do I work with the most difficult of patience I believe you let them keep their dignity and that's why we get along I don't come and telling them what to do I asked them what they need me to help them do I've been treated like most of their family when I leave I leave on good terms or they passed away I still keep in contact with some of my patients they have went to nursing homes
