Hi,

I'm Michelle, and I am just starting my journey here on Sittercity; however, I am not new to providing care. In terms of my experience, I have worked for CDPAP INTERGEN HEALTH LLC - BROOKLYN, NY from MAY 2017 – MARCH 2019. I was responsible for daily/weekly doctor visits along with home care remedies. Secondly, I prepared and served meals based on doctor diet plan and patients’ nutritional requirements. Also, I performed housekeeping and household maintenance chores to ensure a safe accident free environment. Lastly, I reported any variation in the client's physical or mental health to the care manager.

To add to my experience, I have also worked for DSP THRIVE NETWORK - BROOKLYN, NY from FEBRUARY 2017- MARCH 2019. There, I worked in assisting clients with daily personal tasks, including bathing and dressing. I worked in completing housekeeping tasks such as vacuuming, washing dishes and tidying. I also worked in helping plan client appointments and organize a schedule. To add, I worked in organizing with transportation arrangements to appointments. Finally, I worked in encouraging client engagement in social networks and communities.

One additional job experience I care to add is when I worked as a CHILD CARE PROVIDER SELF EMPLOYED – NY, NY from 2008 - 2016. My duties were as follows:

1. Monitoring and supervising children and keeping them safe and healthy.
2. Preparing food and snacks for children and organizing mealtime.
3. Helping children maintain good hygiene and changing the diapers of infants and toddlers.
4. Organizing activities designed to help children learn about their world and to develop their own interests.
5. Creating schedules to ensure that children have adequate physical activity, rest, food, and intellectual stimulation.
