young 69. The caregiver experience I have is with my own elderly mom who was in the advanced stages of ovarian cancer. I took her to doctor's appointments, chemo, surgeries, and handled her home care. She lived with me for a few months after brain surgery and I took care of all her needs. I also have a daughter who came down with a spinal cord injury 13 years ago and is a paraplegic in a wheelchair. I feel that I would be a great companion for an elderly person who needs someone to talk to and spend time with. I'm a great conversationalist, intelligent and fun to be around. I like to play games, talk about and watch TV and movies and discuss books. I love to shop so running errands would be fine with me. I have a clean driving record and I am passionate about animals, so if you have any pets, I will take care of them as well.
