I have over 20 years working with children and adults with special needs. My experience consists of working in group homes, adult day programs, vocational support, as well as in home support. I have DDD trainings which include First Aid/ CPR and medication administration. I love working with these individuals and find it very rewarding. It makes me feel good making a difference in the individual's lives.

I'm a single mom of a 19 year old son and have several nieces and nephews as well as great nieces and nephews. I have older siblings and learned to change diapers when I was six. I raised my son by myself and also have watched my nieces and nephews on several occasions. I've always have special place in my heart for kids and proud to say I passed this special touch to my son. All the kids young and old love him.
I'm creative but not artistic. I love to cook and bake. I love coming up with new ideas for activities to do. I have a reliable car and willing to transport if necessary. I am a pet lover. I have 9 year old Jack Russell named Buddy. I've never owned a cat but do not mind them.

I'm reliable and flexible. I am available evenings and anytime on the weekends. I am also willing to travel. My special qualities are compassion, patience, and a good listener.
