Good afternoon,

I have been a caretaker for both small children, and the elderly, too. I worked for many years along side an elder law attorney which gave me great insight to what the needs of the elders were; In addition, I grew up with a great aunt, and grandparents (Living with my five siblings, parents and myself) so here too, I learned a great understanding in caring for, and respecting the elderly. Currently I care for my mom who is 90. I have been helping her for these past five years, although it is only for a few hours a day which leaves me with extra time, and availability to help others'. I feel I am everything shy of a nurse as I don't have an RN degree, however I am willing and able to help, especially the elderly who are in need of assistance, and companionship.
