I have spent the last 6 months caring for my 91 year old father fulltime who passed on in late June. I have a niece who is autistic. She is now 31 years old. I have helped care for her, all of her life. I also have a nephew who has ADHD and Down syndrome. He is now 24, and I have also cared for him. My own daughter is classified ED, and my son is ADD, and they are both adults now.
I attended nursing school I was enrolled in a four year BSN program, but I only finished two years. I did not graduate. In high school, I was a volunteer at the community hospital and I volunteered for grooming services at the nursing home.
