Barbara’s Bio
After decades of working in Marketing, I left my position in 2011 in order to care for and spend more time with my elderly parents. My Mom had been diagnosed with cancer and doctors expected her to live another 12 months, and my Dad was frequently in and out of the hospital and rehab. My husband and I felt that being there for them was important. They have both since passed away and now I am a part-time caregiver for my 88 year old mother in law. I provide transportation to and from doctor, dentist, and other appointments, run errands, and provide companionship.
