Greetings..happy new day to you!
Hoping you are well, and in good spirits~
I come with a plethora of experience, heart, love...AND most importantly, an understanding of "how" to assist.."the person"..mind/body/spirit. I can either meet the client where their are now and offer simple support and company, or I can design a healthy, holistic program to support where they are, while inspiring and recommending necessary changes.
I like to call my services, a specialty as a companion and a great candidate for "the new right home/person".
My CV truly shares my story best! I am a bodyworker, a licensed massage therapist of 24 years...have a private practice (still part time presently). I first began treating the Jets and Giants, patients with cancer (including my own mother), MS patients, high profile clientele..etc. etc. I have knowledge in nutrition, using food as medicine, and skills in massage, yoga, stretching, meditation, dance, water therapy and much more. I am patient, love culture, people, and life! It is a gift, and it should be cherished.
2 years ago, while overseas, I had fallen ill, terribly ill! I was the epitomy of health before that. Not one pill, i devised a program for myself, hired a team of amazing people, and tackled the issues, one at a time. I practice what I preach, i understand how it feels to, "be completely handicapped and/or not have control over your life and/or feeling different from others".

My profile picture, that is myself with my grandmother. Unfort. she is no longer with us, I used to volunteer at her senior center, sometimes bringing along friends w skills.
My most rewarding yet difficult experience, was with my mother. I was her caregiver, and realize how important your family member is to you..so I will care for them as if they were my own.

I love life, travel around the globe for many years with guru's, masters, teachers, and tribes people to learn their magic, wellness techniques, rituals, etc. and have many stories to share.

Things I do not do:
Diapers, I prefer if the client/person be able to clean themselves,bathroom mobility, (have mobility in their arms).
