When first meeting with a potential new client, my attention to detail, adaptivity, and problem-solving skills work in harmony at their fullest potential.
Upon an individual's first assessment, I provide an in depth health and fitness analysis at the convenience of their own home, while additionally supplying them with information about how important it is to stay committed to exercising, and how my individualized workout programs will benefit their overall lifestyle.

Because of my passion in wanting to help others, I've been able to provide one on one care to clients of all income ranges In the convenience of their own home. Not only do I supply all of the equipment, but I do my best to work around their schedules to provide the most convenience to them necessary.
During the assessment process, my verbal and nonverbal communication skills come into play. I must first listen attentively to understand the goals and desires of the client I am meeting with for the first time, while in return offer sincere, constructive solutions to improve their confidence and provide them with the assurance that their goals are achievable. I make sure to empathize but also communicate that while making my best efforts to make the process enjoyable, it will be a difficult journey and that I am there to help. Before my client even begins to see results, I make sure that my commitment and responsibility to them is clear and that during every training session I offer a positive attitude, a focused mindset, and the patience and dedication towards improving their overall health and lifestyle.
During my almost 10 years of experience in this field, I feel that I can apply my skills to other career opportunities outside of personal training. I enjoy learning and look for opportunities to grow and develop varies goals and skills.
My two young nieces are the love of my life. I am often responsible for them, take them to the park, feed them and help them with their homework.
I have experience in foster care for kittens (bottle fed) and in administering diabetes shots in cats. I I feel comfortable around dogs of all sizes and have personally owned a pit bull/lab, and a beagle mix.
