Worked for us for less than a month and switch availability two weeks into being after school sitter after stating she had open availability [lies]. Put pressure on us to give her more hours but never accepted hours given to her. Said she did date nights and was asked her rate and said she was okay with $13 dollars an hour, but on the day of wanted to change her rate. When asked to communicate about any feelings she may have she was silent and left my home. Pretty shady.

Also, quit by leaving a note on my desk instead of having a face to face conversations.

If you want someone responsible and reliable. Do not hire this person.

My daughter had a baby sitter for 3+ years and we never had a problem like this.
