My experiences : I was helping 3 years to my auntie /she is cancer survivor as her companion /80 years/frequently to her daily activities: dressing, light cooking ,shopping, going to theatres and walking in the parks ,visiting her friends .
After my aunt moved to her son's family to different city, I was helping to an family ,to take care of their father /85 years old/: visitig 5 days in week, light cooking, shopping, mail,housekeeping,companioning to doctor's visit and walking or reading ,talking.
