I'm 26 years old, and I'm looking for meaningful work after being laid off.

I grew up with companion care workers and home nurses as my parents were the primary caregiver of my intellectually disabled aunt, who recently passed away of Parkinson's.

The companions of my aunt, and the social workers who became her friends, were the most amazing people. I want to be the companion and friend of someone who needs socialiazation.

I'm very empathetic and a trained crisis counselor and a doula. I love being around the elderly.
