Hello! I have not had formal training or work with Home care, but I have an elderly grandmother with dementia and a bachelors in psychology, so I understand the importance of empathy and patience. I have also had 6 years of work with children, which I would argue requires much of the same skills. In addition to that, I worked at a retirement home for around a year and a half and have taken empathy courses and have personal experience working with aging people.

I am a quick learner and I am very patient. I care deeply for people generally and my ultimate goal is to help. I am a good cook and I enjoy cleaning. I am willing to help with daily chores and any additional work that may need to be done.
