Hello!
My name is Damaris, and I am new to the Boston area. I am a UNC Alumni, and graduated with a BA in Global Studies, Latin American Studies, and a minor in History. My childcare experience began as an elder of 5 siblings. I babysat throughout high-school and occasionally through college.
I also became a CNA in high-school and looked after elders in a dementia unit, which was extremely demanding and required an immense amount of passion and patience. During my training, I also received a CPR certification, and am trained to respond to emergency situations.
I also have plenty of animal care and housesitting experiences, where I've received 5-star ratings on both Rover. com and Trustedhousesitters. com. Through both websites, I have housesat multiple homes and cared after all types of dogs, cats, and fish. I also have experience administering medication to a special needs animal.
I have my own car and can commute to work, or drive your child home or to after-school activities.
