Nurses Aide
Assisted patients with bed bath or shower's, took Vitals, reported changes, helped in Pharmacy if needed. Answered call lights, help post op patients. Assisted Dr and Nurses with procedures. charted adl about patients within their EMR. Primary Preceptor to the new hire nurses aides, taught nurses aide class if needed at the hospital. on a number of hospital committees such as the safety, VHA ,purchasing the new hospital beds committee, if I help within the pharmacy my duty was to pull the patient drugs per floor and stock it in the Cardinal Pysis on the Unit. stock drugs with in pharmacy and also deliver meds to the Jones Hill Campus.

Pharmacy Technician
Collaborate with the Pharmacists to ensure customer receive quality care and meet all health and safety standards and protcals. Specific job duties include sorting pills, creating labels, reviewing medication side effects greeting customers and ringing up customer purchases. I am adept in verifying the accuracy of prescribtions, filling prescribitons, weighing medications, calling Insurance Companies, Doctors, transcribing E scripts

Cleaner
Handle some front desk related activities including:
Answer phones in a friendly manner and assist callers with a variety of questions
Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner and elevate to Assistant Manager or Manager as needed
Assist in maintaining the neatness and cleanliness of the gym, including locker room facilities.
Thoroughly clean and sanitize restrooms, locker room areas, fitness equipment and gym floor.
Stock locker rooms with proper supplies/paper products.
Report any broken or missing amenities or equipment (Toilets, faucets, showers, hair dryers, gym equipment etc.) to the Club Manager.
Follow “Lost and Found Policy” and turn in lost member property to the Club Manager/Assistant Club Manager immediately.
Physical Demands

Continual standing and walking during shift.
Ability to work 3rd shift (overnights till 2am).
Will occasionally encounter toxic chemicals during shift.
Continual reaching with hands/fingers/arms during shift.
Occasional climbing, balancing, kneeling and crouching during shift.
Must be able to regularly lift 50+ pounds.
Must be able to occasionally lift 80+ pounds.
Continual use of cleaning chemicals during shift.
Regular use of vacuum and mopping during shift.
