I have taken care of someone who was 74 years old and assisted her in her needs. I didnt quite cook for her always but i will heat up the food her son had made for her and feed her if she wanted me to. I also helped her when she needed to use the bathroom, i helped her dress up, sometimes gave her the medications i was told to give her at such time, cleaned up the house abit when she was asleep and also did help her bathe.
