I enjoy being around, interacting with and helping seniors. I understand that socialization is very important for people of all ages and sometimes you just need a companion. I worked at the local YMCA for 15 years heavily involved with the senior programming, teaching fitness classes and building relationships with our senior population.
I'm currently between a few part time positions including the City of Binghamton and Confluence running. My hope is to land a position at the new Lourdes health & fitness center opening up, to continue to help seniors with their fitness.
