Leah F. Care Companion in Flushing, NY 11355

Hello! My name is Leah Falco, I'm 58 years old and I live in Flushing, NY. I usually work as a nanny with babies and children. However, I recently worked for 9 months for a 102 year old woman and I very much enjoyed it so I'm very interested in this position. As her caretaker, I read the newspaper to her every morning and we discussed current events, I also read other books to her, such as The Autobiography of Helen Keller, which we both loved! I also bathed her and helped her get dressed, cooked her meals, ran errands for her, made sure she took her medication and drove her to her doctor's appointments. We developed a very warm and close relationship during that time. Unfortunately, I was only able to work for her for 8 months before she passed away.
