I have a M.S. in Physical Education and health promotion. I am an ACSM certified Exercise Physiologist with over 20 years experience, including teaching at the collegiate level for 15 years.
I have worked in the over 50 population for 6 years as an exercise specialist helping adults make fitness and wellness choices.
I walk with my clients, teach chair exercise classes, balance and coordination training, and low impact weight/ resistance training. I can help with goal setting and wellness coaching.
I can go grocery shopping, or run errands. I enjoy puzzles. I can help cook and clean. I enjoy animals and pets. I love the outdoors.
