My name is Demetrious and I currently work at a middle school as a Special Education teacher's aide. I am looking for just a couple more hours of work in my schedule.
My only senior care experience was from teaching piano to someone 88yrs. I take a lot of medications myself, so organizing things like that will not be a problem. As a musician, photographer, painter, and actor, I can bring fun and productive activities to the job. My priority is ensuring the safety of who I care for.
My work experience includes working at a special needs pre-school for a summer, babysitting, pet sitting, dog walking, teaching basic piano, ESL tutoring, being an intern for an art gallery, and an intern for the Arc upstate for a play performed by adults with developmental disabilities.
My CPR certification is expired, but I can renew it upon request and can provide references/resume upon request as well.
Just so you know, I am transgender. I am a boy that was born female. If that is an issue, I'm sorry that we won't get a chance to work together.
