Being a mother and working in the medical field for so many years has provided me with the skills and knowledge of being an outstanding caregiver. In my current position at the Martin Luther King Health Center, I work continuously and on a daily basis with children in the pediatric department, where I screen newborns to 21 years and respond to emergency situations. In previous years, I worked as a home health aide with Gurwin Home Care Agency, where assisted residents with activities of daily living. In May 2016, I graduated from Farmingdale State college with my Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology and Society. I have a solid work background and CPR/AED certified and currently seeking part time or per diem employment to supplement my income. I have a great personality and will meet the needs of any employer who will give me the opportunity.
