Hello, my name is Danny and I have a great interest and love working with older adults. Ever since I spent summers with my grandfather and his friends I always felt a strong connection being around the elderly. When I graduated undergrad I worked at a physical therapy clinic were the primary age group I was helping rehabilitate were elderly. I genuinely enjoy being around older folks and I take pride in renewing a senior’s interest in living, helping them to exercise cognitive functioning, and most importantly trying to improve their quality of life. By happening circumstance I do have a fair amount of care giving experience do to an immediate family member being sick the last couple of years. Some of my experience has dealt with giving medications, to helping with meals, and assisting with physical activity.
