I have had experience taking care of elderly people specifically, as occasional care companions. I would be responsible for many daily tasks such as light cleaning, cooking, grocery shopping, checking mail, teaching how to use current technology, taking for walks, scheduling and taking to dr's appointments, just to name a few. I have had experience from the ages 50-80 years of age. In some cases they were not elderly, but had just recovered from majors surgeries or have a permanent disability due to a past health scare like having had a heart attack.
