Experienced Direct Support & Community Habilitation Provider
​Hello! I am an experienced care provider with open availability on Mondays and Wednesdays(8-9 hour days) to support an individual with independent living skills and community integration goals. I believe in fitness so come summer we love to hike and go to ymca, but we do this as a group so also getting social interaction.
​I am already an active, background-checked, and cleared staff member through Springbrook Self-Directed Services (SDS). Because my compliance is entirely up to date with the Fiscal Intermediary, I am ready to get to work immediately without the usual hiring delays.
​I love being a caregiver because I am truly dedicated to empowering individuals, helping them build meaningful daily routines, and supporting them as they navigate community activities and personal milestones. I am fully experienced with OPWDD goal tracking and documentation.
