My experience with taking care of seniors started with my mother, father and other family members who have suffered from illnesses such as; diabetes, cancer, heart disease and other senior challenges.  I have more than 10 years’ experience with providing them with care, love and understanding.  Some of my responsibilities were to assist them with planning their meals and preparing them.  I assisted them with bathing, dressing, and grooming.  I assisted them with walking, light exercise.  I also ran errands and did light housekeeping.  I enjoyed taking care of my family members and friends.  It was a rewarding experience.  I'm glad I was able to be there for them and provide them with the emotional support they needed during their struggles, illness and challenges
