I have been babysitting for over 5 years now and have worked with children ranging between the ages of 6 months and 12years old. I've worked at a daycare also. My duties as a babysitter included everything from bringing the children to school, doctor appointments, sport practices/ games as well as getting them up and ready for school, making lots of healthy meals, going to the park or library, helping them clean up their rooms, and pretty much everything under the sun! I really do enjoy the times when I know I'm making a positive impact in the child's life. I've always been really into athletics and enjoy when I can incorporate athletic activities into the day. I am always very encouraging of the children and it's really fun for me to see how interested they get when they feel like they are learning or becoming better at something they like to do. These times tend to be the most rewarding for me.
