Hello, I am Helena and I am pleased to meet you. I am hoping that my qualification's meet your standard's and we can work together as a whole.
I am a middle aged mother of four children 30, 21, 20, and 16. I have one son I raised who is Autistic and another who has had several medical and ADHD issues, so this is first hand knowledge coming from my own personal life. I have been in the Ministry of Helps for about ten year's. I have worked in several institutions or residential facility settings that help the challenged population. I have supervised many group homes as well. I am certified in three states for CNA (Certified Nurses Aide) work. I presently work as an Educational Assistant in Ohio and this occupation deals with the challenged children on all levels. I can adapt to most all situations and I love what I do. This is not a job for me but a ministry and a calling because I enjoy touching people's lives. I could continue on and on and try and make myself sound so much more professional, but when it come's to our children, professional is alright BUT love, companionship, understanding, adaptability, patience, know-how, and communication is more key and more important than anything. I have already completed the necessary steps to certify myself for the SOSCC Nurse Aide Registry and will be moving there very soon.
