I have been a caregiver in a few different settings over the years. I have been babysitting since I was 15 years old. I have always loved children and have found many ways to make them feel comfortable, even when someone new is there to take care of them. I also have worked in a hospital setting as a caregiver on a medical/surgical floor. I have been BLS/ CPR certified for 6 years, and have been renewing it every 2 years. I am going into my senior year of nursing school at the University of Akron. I became a caregiver because I have always wanted to give back. I have always loved working with children and hope to continue that in my future career as a nurse.
