I love being a caregiver because I truly value the relationships, trust, and sense of purpose that come with supporting older adults. I believe every senior deserves to feel respected, heard, and cared for, and I find deep fulfillment in helping people maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Whether it’s providing companionship, helping with daily routines, or simply being a consistent and reliable presence, I enjoy making each day feel a little easier and more meaningful for the individuals I care for.

I have extensive experience working with seniors through both professional and hands-on roles. As a Program Coordinator at a community center, I plan and lead trips, activities, and social programs for older adults, building strong relationships and creating environments where seniors feel connected, engaged, and valued. I also have direct caregiving experience supporting seniors with companionship, transportation, light household tasks, errands, and daily routines. Through this work, I’ve learned how important patience, flexibility, and genuine kindness are in caregiving.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Studies with a concentration in Gerontology, which has given me a strong understanding of the aging process, including physical, emotional, and cognitive changes. I bring a calm, compassionate, and dependable approach to caregiving, along with strong communication skills and attention to individual needs. Families often describe me as trustworthy, empathetic, and someone who truly cares—not just about tasks, but about the person as a whole. I take pride in building meaningful connections and being someone seniors and families can rely on with confidence and peace of mind.
